How many dispatchers per shift do alarm companies need to be consindered UL certified?

For an alarm company that is UL certified, is there a minimum number of people that need to be on dispatching per shift?
I worked for a company with about 300 customers and we handled it with one dispatcher.
This requirement would be described in the standard ANSI/UL 827, most recent 7th edition updated 6-11-2008. It also references ANSI/UL 19812d edition Standard for Central-Station Automation Systems.
