No, they are 2 different companies. You can compare the prices here

They are two different companies. It is possible they are sister companies (the security company I used to work for had a sister company) but I doubt it as ADT usually just tries to take over smaller companies.
ADT and Guardian are separate companies. ADT is one of the largest alarm monitoring companies, but you may see many small “alarm companies” using an ADT logo. Although ADT does have a large network company installers (Sales and Service Offices or SSO’s), it has grown so large that they allow smaller companies to install and/or service their alarm systems. These are part of the ADT Authorized Dealer program, and you will usually see a logo on those company’s websites. These dealers rely on other companies like ADT to actually monitor the alarm systems. Without monitoring, an alarm system is just a noisemaker, the same as a car alarm.
ADT also has been known to acquire smaller independently monitored alarm companies. ADT has grown so much that smaller companies tend to have a hard time competing, and when they go under ADT often will acquire all of the old customers as it’s own. When this happens, each customer of the old company would receive a letter telling them of the company acquisition and are now a customer of ADT.
So, they are separate companies. The only way that would change is if Guardian becomes unstable and ADT acquires them, which appears unlikely since Guardian appears to have been around for 78 years, according to the website.
