Is there any program I can use to alarm me when there a document will get expired?

Is there any program whereas my computer will give an alarm if a document is about to expired, a month/week earlier? e.g. passports or visa/s
I’m working in a huge company where I keep passports and Visa files, keeping track of the expiration dates is a MUST duty.

if i use firewall program Zone Alarm , can any company or police access my PC and see if i have illegal prog.?

i mean track my copmuter … or the firewall gonna make it hard on them /?

Should a paralegal program be approved by the bar association?

There is only one paralegal program in my town, but when I checked out which ones were approved it wasn’t on there. Does that really effect whether or not you are hired? Should I move to a place where they do have an approved one?

if i do a bar association accredited paralegal associates degree program can i go straight to law school?

if not what courses should i take at a community college to work towards being a lawyer?
